EUR 4425 보증금 없음 카지노 보너스CoinDesk Korea's largest and most important annual event DAXPO (Digital Asset Expo) kicked off at the Paradise Hotel in Busan on Nov. 15.
This year's event, officially titled "DAXPO 2021: The Blank Canvas," will feature speeches and presentations from leading figures in the Korean blockchain industry as well as legislators from South Korea's National Assembly (the country's parliament).
DAXPO speakers will focus on key issues such as regulation, NFTs, innovation and DeFi.
This year’s theme, "The Blank Canvas," refers to the industry's nascent status. Industry entrepreneurs, innovators, and legislators are all navigating uncharted territory.
Through DAXPO 2021, CoinDesk Korea hopes to facilitate meaningful and productive discussion surrounding unsolved issues such as regulatory oversight, the responsibilities of virtual asset service providers (VASPs), and how regulators and investors ought to approach DeFi and NFTs.

To kick off the event, presidential candidates Lee Jae-myung of the Democratic Party and Yoon Seok-youl of the People Power Party both provided opening addresses.
Yoon acknowledged the importance of the blockchain industry by calling it a “job creator.” He said that a lack of regulatory clarity hurts innovation and that the Korean government needs to establish a clear framework for both regulating and taxing virtual assets.
“Hopefully, we can establish some clarity in how to move forward during this year’s DAXPO,” Yoon said.
Lee admitted that the Korean government has been somewhat negligent in acknowledging and dealing with the country’s virtual asset industry. He said there’s been a lot of chaos and controversy up to date, and that regulators can “no longer afford to ignore what’s clearly a booming industry.”
Lee likened the current situation to the disorder that likely erupted when humans began transitioning from the barter system to currency.
“History has proven that those who do not accept innovation and new technology don't survive,” Lee said.
“We need to make the blockchain industry ‘official’ and protect investors from dubious businesses.”
Lee and Yoon were followed by lawmakers Kim Byung-wook, Kim Hee-gon, and Lee Yong-woo, who all emphasized the need for regulatory clarity. All three lawmakers stressed that regulators need to find ways to prevent fraud and money laundering without stifling innovation.
CoinDesk Korea will host DAXPO 2021 from Nov. 15 to 16.
